Plain terms for using this website.
These terms cover browsing aioptimized.uk and sending an enquiry. A paid engagement only starts when we both accept a written proposal.
Information, not advice
Pages on this site describe how AIoptimized works with UK professional services. They are not legal, clinical, financial or veterinary advice, and they are not a promise that a particular tactic is right for your practice. Regulated claims about your own services remain your responsibility.
Prices
Figures such as audits from about £700, websites about £2–3k, and retainers from about £750 a month are guide prices. They are not a quotation. The audit is where we say what the work actually is, and what it will cost.
No ranking guarantee
We do not guarantee positions in Google, inclusion in AI answers, or a volume of enquiries. Search systems change, and so do competitors. We will tell you what we think is realistic. Anyone who promises page one by Friday is not us.
Enquiries and contracts
Sending the contact form, or emailinghello@aioptimized.uk, does not create a client relationship. Work starts when a proposal is accepted in writing, including by email. Until then, either of us can stop the conversation.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or send unlawful content through the form. We may ignore enquiries that are abusive or that are obviously not from a practice we can help.
Intellectual property
The copy, design and code of this website belong to AIoptimized unless a credit says otherwise. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site and present it as your own agency.
Liability
The site is provided in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make solely from reading it, or for losses caused by a temporary outage. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in your local UK court where consumer law requires it. Questions:hello@aioptimized.uk.
